- SoundLift Hearing Aids Return and Refund Policy
- This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the SoundLift Hearing Aids website at https://soundlift.us. Please read the following information carefully.
- Returns for Devices Purchased Online
- For devices purchased online directly from https://soundlift.us through the SoundLift Hearing Aids website, the return address is as follows:

- Warranty Claims
- If you need to make a warranty claim, please send an email to support@soundlifted.com. Warranty requests must be made prior to one year from the date of purchase.
- Amazon Sales
- For devices purchased through Amazon, please initiate returns through Amazon Customer Service at www.amazon.com.
- Trial Period and Refund Policy
- We recommend using your SoundLift Hearing Aids for a trial period of three weeks to properly adjust to the new OTC hearing aids. This trial period is not compulsory, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your devices, charging case, and all accessories within 45 days from the date of receipt for a full refund on the purchase price of the OTC hearing aids (minus any shipping costs, discounts, or coupons redeemed on purchase).
- Please note the following:

- The 45-day trial period is applicable once per device model.
- You will only be refunded once for each type of hearing aid you wish to return.
- No returns will be made for credit.
- You will not be permitted to trial and return the same device model multiple times. - Return Process
- To qualify for a refund, log an email with our support team before 5 pm (ET) on the 45th day after receipt. Upon successful logging, we may issue a return number, which must be included on the return package. You are required to send the devices and accessories back to us with the tracking number provided within 7 days of logging your email. Once we receive and confirm the eligibility of the returned items, we will process your full refund.
- To be eligible for return, the product must:

- Be in working order with everything included in the original packaging.
- Not be damaged, scratched, or soiled.
- Have a valid USPS return number accurately reflected on the package. - Please ensure compliance with these conditions, as we cannot accept returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Refund Process
- If the product is returned within 45 days and complies with the conditions, you will be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment method.
- Please note that under no circumstances should you resell any products purchased from us.
- In the event of incorrect, non-SoundLift Hearing Aids items returned, we will contact you for return arrangements. If we are unable to obtain confirmation within 7 days, you authorize us to dispose of such items on your behalf.
